Drew is a Managing Broker in WA & Principal Broker in OR who practices land, commercial, investment, & residential real estate. He helps investors make more money, buyers save money, and sellers maximize their profit.

Since he became licensed in 2008, Drew has handled hundreds of property transactions & evaluated thousands of acres. He specializes in land development & timberland investments, but he also sells a fair number of houses and tends to work on other complicated or unique commercial properties. In 2024, he ranked #1 in WA State for the number of closed land transactions and ranked within the top 75 brokers for the total number of closed transactions in WA State. In the last year, he has worked in over 30 different counties and covers the states of WA and OR.  

Drew graduated magna cum laude from Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree as a double-major (Religious Studies and Philosophy). In 2019, he earned a real estate instructor license. Most recently, he received a graduate certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. He is 5X certified by the National Association of Realtors and a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors, Washington Realtor Association, Oregon Association of Realtors, and Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors.
